Samantha Fritch is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) with over 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She began her career as a CNA and advanced to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Samantha holds a Master's in Nursing (FNP) from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Purdue Northwestern. She has extensive experience as an FNP in primary care, serving patients of all ages and focusing on women's health. Additionally, she has over 10 years of experience as a registered nurse in various hospital settings and outpatient physician offices.
Samantha is dedicated to providing high-quality, holistic care to her patients. She believes in patient-centered care and the importance of developing caring relationships with her patients.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. She loves camping, gardening, crafting, canning, cooking for her family, and watching her daughters participate in their extracurricular activities.

Kyra Clark is a dedicated pharmacist with a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Manchester University College of Pharmacy. Graduated from BNL High School in 2013, Kyra pursued her education at IU Bloomington before transferring to Manchester University. She holds additional certificates in pharmacogenomics (PGx), diabetes care management, immunizations, and prescriptive authority of birth control. With over 11 years of experience at Crowders Pharmacy, Kyra is committed to providing top-notch care to her patients. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is a loving mother of a son and three dogs.

Jennifer Inman is a dedicated professional who began her journey in the healthcare field by becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 2009. Currently, she holds the role of office manager at our clinic, where she ensures that patients receive the care and assistance they need. Jennifer's warm and compassionate nature is evident in her readiness to help with any queries or concerns before or after your visit.
Outside of work, Jennifer's passion lies in spending time on the farm with her children, farm animals, and dogs.
