We encourage members to reach out with any concerns, big or small. You can message directly with your provider when and where you need to at no extra cost.

We offer virtual and in-office appointments to fit your busy schedule. You shouldn’t have to take time off work to stay healthy. You can call, text, or video chat with your primary care provider instead of waiting weeks or months for an appointment. We take a limited number of patients to ensure we are available when you need us.
Onsite labs and exclusive discounts
We offer onsite testing, lab work, and discounts when you pay cash for services. Patients with high-deductible plans can save money by paying cash for lab work. We are able to charge far less for care when not billing insurance.
Health coaching
Our members enjoy the added benefit of partnering with a primary care provider and care team who cares deeply about your overall health and well-being. With health coaching, you get one-on-one, personalized support and guidance to help you improve your overall health. We take time to evaluate your current lifestyle and help you implement changes in your daily life that help you reach your goals.
Women’s health
We offer a range of women’s healthcare needs, including support and treatment for premenstrual symptoms and PCOS. We provide care for hormonal imbalances and menopausal symptoms (as well as peri/post-menopausal care) and offer hormone replacement therapies including BHRT pellet therapy.
Free formulary medications (members only)
We offer a list of free generic medications for our clinic members. Members with traditional insurance can still use their pharmacy of choice if desired. Most members will find significant savings by partnering with our practice for discounted medications and supplements.
BHRT Pellet Therapy
Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement pellets is a natural option to restore and optimize hormone balance in males and females.
